Privacy.
This page says what this website collects about you, which is very little, and what we do with anything you send us. The site is run by Imagineers Advisory Pty Ltd, an Australian company, which is the "we" on this page.
What this site collects
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages lead to a booking or a download. Google sets cookies to do that, and the data is held under Google's terms. We do not load anything from social networks. The forms on it are described below. The company that hosts the site keeps standard server logs, which record the address a request came from, the page requested and the time. We use those logs only to keep the site running and secure.
When you ask for a guide or a tool
Where this site offers a guide or a tool, the form asks for your name and email address. Our hosting company receives the form and passes it to us, and we keep it in our Google Workspace. We use your details to send you what you asked for and, now and then, a short note on what we have published. Every note carries a way to unsubscribe, and one word in reply does the same. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form on our contact page asks for your name, email address, company, phone number and what you would like to talk about. Our hosting company receives the form and passes it to us, and we keep it in our Google Workspace. We use your details to reply to you, and we call the number you give only if you tick the box asking us to. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
When you email us
The email links on this site open an email to one of the founders. When you write to us we hold your name, your email address and whatever you tell us, and we use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your emails and enquiries for as long as we are dealing with you, and afterwards for as long as a reasonable business keeps its correspondence. If you ask us to delete what we hold about you, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to matt@imagineersdesign.com. Australian and New Zealand privacy law gives you these rights and we honour them for everyone who contacts us, wherever they are.

This site links to LinkedIn and to other sites we do not run. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before you give them anything.
Changes
If we change what this site collects, we will update this page before the change takes effect and put the date of the change here.
