- What does an AI consultant do?
- An AI consultant helps a business decide where AI will pay back and then makes it happen. With us that means the AI strategy and the ranked opportunities, the technology architecture and data, the detailed solution design, and directing delivery with your teams and partners until the benefits are measured.
- How much does AI consulting cost?
- Most clients start with the AI Strategy to Delivery Roadmap, a fixed fee of AUD $15,000 excluding GST. Delivery is a separate engagement, scoped and priced once the roadmap is set.
- Should we use an AI consultant or an AI agency?
- It depends on what you need. We set the strategy and the architecture, then design and build the solutions with your teams, or specify them so any partner can deliver them. We're independent of every technology vendor, so every recommendation is made for your business and the partners you choose.
- Can you work with the partners we already use?
- Yes. We specify each solution so any builder or partner, including the ones you already use, can deliver it, and we hold them to the design.
- Do you work in Sydney and Auckland?
- Yes. We're based in Sydney, Auckland and New Plymouth, and work with clients across Australia and New Zealand, in person and remotely.
